Shipping Information:



All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat rate boxes.

Minimum shipping fee is $5.99; maximum shipping fee is $14.95 depending on the weight of the products ordered. The shipping costs are the actual cost of shipping found on USPS.com

Q: How can I get FREE shipping?


A: Your order will ship for FREE to the 48 contiguous states when the subtotal of items in your cart reaches $100.00 or more. If the subtotal of your eligible items is less than $100.00, then the regular shipping rates apply.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders that are in stock are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. It may take up to 7 business days or longer if the items ordered are not on hand.
Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping time takes usually 3-4 business days. Weekends and local U.S. Holidays do not count as business days.

PAYMENT

We accept: Visa, MasterCard and Discover

When paying with a Credit Card, you authorize Belmont Pharmacy Inc. to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order including shipping and any applicable sales taxes. Your credit card will be charged when order is processed.

WRONG ADDRESS, STOLEN PACKAGES & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT

Wrong Address: If USPS fail to deliver a package because the address provided by the customer is wrong or incomplete, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges again to get the package resent.
Stolen Package: Packages are sometimes left by the carrier on a doorstep if no one is home. It is the responsibility of the customer to make the arrangements to secure the package. Belmont Pharmacy Inc. will not be held responsible for stolen packages.
Unclaimed Shipment: if a package is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges again to get the package resent.

RETURNS

Refunds are accepted within 30 days from the order date for most items, provided they are in resalable condition.

Contact us before returning any item to us. You will not receive a refund without contacting us first.

Once an international package leaves our facility, Belmont Pharmacy Inc. assumes no responsibility for its delivery. We have no control over the international carriers, and will not refund for products lost, damaged or held by customs.

LOCAL TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES

You may be responsible for any local taxes or customs duties.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping is available worldwide. There is a minimum $15.00 S&H charge, which may be increased, depending on the package's weight, at the time of shipment to cover the cost of postage without prior notice. Belmont Pharmacy is not responsible for orders held or destroyed by customs; it is your responsibility to find out whether your local customs allow the items you ordered in your country. If the order is returned to us, and are in good, resalable condition, we will refund the cost of the item but not the shipping charges.
